I had some issues with devices, the doorbell and chime.
Uninstalled them. And tried to reinstall. Only the door bell seems to reconnect. My chime seems to get past “connected to WiFi” then says trouble with connecting to WiFi. Shortly After. Is a right pain and nuisance. How can I fix this. Have tried resetting it. No luck
Hmm 
after you reset the chime, remove it from power, wait a few seconds then plug it back in and try the setup again.
Also see if you can add the Wi-Fi chime first before the doorbell?
sorry only just getting back to you, it seemed to be my hub andnot the chime, had traces of the chime still attached and was not letting it connect properly, to fix it I had to make a guest WiFi just for the chime. Seems to have worked for now. Thanks for trying to help though.
