I’ve had the eufy video doorbell and chime for over a year now working perfect. I’ve recently changed my wifi provider and can’t get them to connect to the new provider. I know I need the chime to connect so I can change wifi password but it won’t connect tried everything. Any ideas thanks

It sounds as though you’re going to need to Remove Device, the Wi-Fi chime from the app and then add it back to the app as a fresh install.
