Unable to conne

Unable to connect to New video door bell and WiFi chime to replace old one with issues. What do I do please? I’ve disconnected the old device

Should be able to tap on + symbol in the app then tap on new device then pick the device and follow the instructions

I had a problem similar because I had an android phone

Thanks, have you managed to resolve it? My son did eventually.
It’s a shame that this is a known glitch with Android yet Eufy hasn’t resolved it or provide a solution.

Had to get an iPhone, as over half of people have android they should sort this out.
