Specific cameras require a HomeBase to operate.
What cameras do you have??
I have the S220, do I need the home base?
eufy S220 SoloCam does not require a HomeBase to operate.
Please note that eufy S220 SoloCam works on a 2.4GHz WiFi network only.

How do I set up my cameras to notify me of movement?
You don’t but it might be a good idea to get one in future
Once you add the device / camera to the app it should have automatically been set to do so notify you of movement / motion detected.
Explore the cameras settings, you’ll find several options/settings.
Tap on the three vertical dots ••• and then tap on the cogwheel
