I have a s3 pro that doesn’t seem to be charging at all with solar? anyone else having this problem?

Yes, I have the same issue.
I have even tried the external solar panel that comes with it and still no luck…,
I’ve informed eufy and waiting to hear back from their engineer.

Check your video settings. I had accidentally changed something somehow and it was triggering recordings all night long and turning on the light. That used more energy than the charger could recover. I charged by plugging in to get back to 100% and reexamined all of my power and video settings. So far so good. Just a thought.
