I have had my door bell and homebase a few years.
Something, an app or phone update or I pressed on a feature has created a fault. Approaching the bell set off an alarm from the base. No way to stop it. Eventually it times out, or I pull the power plug out. No matter ehst I do to reset it, my settings revert to everything on.
Besides it being very slow to record a video, that has been goin on from new. The postman is 50 foofoot from the gate, he will not be videoed until he is about to leave. The bell push could take 5 seconds to sound the base. Had advice from Enfield, it did not solve the problem. Writing this message could not be more difficult only seeing 2 lines at a time and not seeing then of a line that is being typed. The app is a jumble of instructions and features all poorly written, not obvious what a feature does or the consequences of enabling it. Overall, spending further time trying to make this pathetic lunch work is pointless. I will see whst I can get that i
