i have no idea why but my favourites settings have just vanished. one of several such issues that I have experienced. It seems the app is unreliable.

It’s not just the app, it’s all products by eufy Anker :rofl:
If you want more info on my 5 week ordeal, dealing directly with customer service manager and supposed “technicians” and the hours of detailed videos I’ve sent them, with still no fixes or improvements…let me know.
I have all their emails and all my constructive videos
