I set my favourites on the app and they appear then 10 seconds later they all vanish and I have to re set them.

Anyone else having this issue?

Clear app data and cache: Go to your phone’s settings, find the Eufy app, and clear both data and cache

Could you try performing a pull-to-refresh gesture on the Favorites page? Pull down from the top of the list to reload the data. This may help reload and display your saved favorites correctly.
