I have two s330 outdoor wireless solar paneled cameras but the motion detection is not working properly. The one in the front door only got triggered when my neighbor’s flood light got turned on (sensor based). If I walked to my front door without triggering my neighbor’s light, it doesn’t record anything.
I have set the sensitivity to 7 (highest level) and enabled human recognition and all other motions. However, it’s not working. I mounted around 2-3M high like the manual suggested and I keep it leveled and pointing slightly downward. The distance between my front door camera and the path of my front yard is less than 4 meters. I don’t understand why it didn’t work.

Please help or let me know how I can have it repaired. I’m in the Netherlands and it was purchased via Coolblue.

I am in Canada and having similar issues with mine unit. I am waiting for the customer service team to respond. They are suggesting the cold temperatures are affecting detecting. They asked me to take down and test indoors. This issue remains.
I hope we both get this resolved.
