I recently installed a deadbolt and it works fine. My only issue is that when I go away from the house, the security system goes off-line. Not sure why. When I’m near the house or in the house it works fine. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Ya check your phone or app settings?
Might have somthing to do with the away, at home mode…
Are your automations set up correctly? Check them.
