I’m away on business and my complex lost power. now power is back. I can seemingly communicate with the base but of the cameras are now offline. I tried restarting the base remotely with no success. any ideas on how I can recover the cameras remotely? all of them are plugged in and batteries were full.
Strange. Sometimes I have to power off (UK we have switchs on the plug) the homebase 3 and then power on. The wired and battery cameras all reconnect. Actually thinking about I have had power cuts and everything reconnects. Maybe it is the Internet not reconnecting?
The base seems to be connected to the web but all 3 cameras show offline
Is the base connected to your home’s Wi-Fi or is it connected by ethernet cable?
Have you tried restarting the homebase again? It sounds like the wireless cameras are not reconnecting to the homebase.

Yea I’ve remotely restarted it several times, no luck
They have auto refresh, and I’ve tried that. Also I reset my router remotely and see the home base is indeed connected to it.
This is most likely the cause:( I guess I need to wait another month before I go home and reset these. Hopefully nothing bad happens in the meantime. Thanks
I had to completely delete homemade and add all cameras back to get mine back online after three days of fighting why homemade was offline(we never lost power or internet)
