What is a Key User?
Key Users are identified as members of the community who are positive, helpful, and engaging towards other eufy users.
How do I become a Key User?
Be a positive, active member of the eufy community. That’s it! Whether it’s commenting on other’s posts, creating posts of your own, participating in events, or helping other members of the eufy family, we are looking for anyone who helps contribute in positive ways.
What can I earn as a Key User?
Key Users have the opportunity to earn all kinds of awesome things! Badges and flair for our community site, eufyCredits that can be used to buy great eufy devices, special eufy gifts, products, and more!
So, what do I have to do next to join?
Just keep being an active member of the community. It is really that simple. We will be looking for positive, active members of the community and rewarding their actions. Continual participation can lead to a user leveling up and getting even more great rewards!

I think it’s a fantastic idea! There is always such negative comments on here and complaining either it’s about how bad they think eufy products or how something doesn’t work and they are commenting saying they are going to switch, otherwise it’s having negative comments towards eachother. To be honest, me as a person, I have never once done any of that. Because not every product is perfect and that’s just what some people don’t understand about it. But at least eufy is actively asking how they can make their products better and how they can improve. That’s HUGE! I seriously don’t even know a single company that actively does that all the time. Eufy doesn’t deserve the negativity just because sometimes there is a flaw here and there. And also, as an empath, I care about people whether they are a stranger or not and to be honest I think I get taken advantage of because of it and I can’t stand that and deep down I can sense it or feel it usually but I will still have so much empathy for someone and help them no matter what they have done to me. This world has turned into a world full of such hateful people since the pandemic and even to me that hurts. We as humans are supposed to care about one another, stranger or not, be kind to one another, and ALWAYS, AND I MEAN ALWAYS LIFT ONE ANOTHER UP! Compliment people and HELP people whether you know them or not. And always make sure to always pay it forward! So now that my rant is done, I hope everyone has an absolute fantastic week and that everyone can make someone else happy this week to also as well by either complimenting them or even holding a door open for someone. Kindness can be catchy and also u never know what someone is going through so please, please, PLEASE absolutely remember that l! Because helping someone with a comment in here even might even just make their crappy day so much better and brighter and put a smile on their face! And one last thing to remember, LOVE always, because tomorrow is absolutely never promised! God Bless all of you!
