From the day I made the update, every 2to 3 days I have to reinstall tha sdcard because I lose many hours of video recording.

The new app is terrible. Another day, another issue. Today all my dashboard icons have moved into a different order. Used to love eufy products and the app, not so much now…

Utter rubbish! You’ve made it worse! Restore to previous app please.

I’ve found since the update that connecting to my homebase when away from home is very hit and miss, I also have difficulty accessing alerts when I get notifications of motion and in the app often the days events donnit refreshbor load when I try to click them. I’ve missed a lot of people at my door who’ve walked away as I’ve not been able to respond to them.

I put a 128 GB SD card in to the chime but only shows 7.1 GB on the storage on the camera .I have re formatted 2 cards and still the same even after an update check, has anyone had similar issues thank you.

Every time i launch the app, it shows me the change notes… could you please stop and remove this from the main app page? Extremely annoying

Non of my devices will communicate with homebase, even though there all added together on the app, what’s the point of Homebase?!!

Notifications are sparce and well behind the actual movement event,and ow after getting a notification from a camera,when I go to events app states I have no devices added…how is that even possible

Hi Team, since this new app, just opening up the app takes about 5- 10 seconds, then to load the cameras takes just as long.
When I turn the Eufy camera on it shows that the eufy tab has been selected as “on” when I know it’s off, so I waste time turning it off to then turn it on.
Loading an event also takes a long time. Lots of lagging with this new Eufy app. The old app had no issues and was reliant. This new app is not as reliable.

Can’t playback what’s the problem?

a recent firmware update is seeing my S3Pro Camera IR setting turning itself n during day and night even after it’s been manually defaulted ti Night Vision. This is very annoying as I have to tune the spot light in and then off to have it go back to full colour monitoring each day. Is there any firmware upgrades to resolve this issue.

Hey, is it possible for us to group like four camera together and once check on the group all four open at the same time. That would be a nice obtain to have on the app.

I cannot get notifications to my SmartWatch and have tried everything I can find online, push notifications is missing and I cannot seem to get it back.
