Please!!! remove or move this. I’m becoming fed up with opening my app only to have the ad open up without even touching it. I’m close to saying good bye to Eufy for such an easy fix.

How do we get back to grid veiw again. There is no 3 dots on top of screen nor seems to be anywhere to change it.

Since the update my app crashes constantly and requires an ipad reset to even try to play the live feed. It has become sn unusable apo and an awful user experience.
Every time I open this app to view my camera’s, it takes me to this damn page 1st how do I make it quit?

My eufy cameras 2c will not record no matter what I do. The 240v security camera works but the 2c cameras are useless and always have been
When I first purchased my EUFY SYSTEM about 2yrs ago, I was able to receive recording events free with no subscription up tilla few months ago. Now that is not the case, “No more free recordings”. So, now I just added the 30day trial for “Cloud Backup recordings” more than a day ago. I Am still receiving notifications but, sorry to say, there is no events recording showing. It just shows “0”. If I dont get anything on events in a couple more days, I Am canceling my subscription and probably have no choice but to change my camera system. Pls help

Eufy app just did its own update & I’ve found since that a few of our cameras are saying their off-line & will not sync up
Just bought a brand new Eufy s380 4pk and it doesn’t work…haha so normal these days
Why isn’t there a UK helpline? I have alot of questions and can reach out to no one in the uk to get my alarm settings sorted
Since the upgrade not been able to add any cameras due to not being able to see my wifi, tried manually adding it but nothing all my current cameras are still showing and recording as normal

Thats a bit of a joke. The app is sub par at best and has plenty of problems. Some, like the audio not coming through headphones when connected, have been problems for YEARS. Pretty sad that they can’t get simple things right

Since new app eufy bell keeps disconnecting. Always appears offline. Connects after a reset and next day … Disconnected…
Eufy will keep losing costumers…
