I am facing one issue with new update that While connecting ear phone microphone not supporting.
Is it a video door bell ? If yes I hard wired mine very easily , Eufy can recommend the transformer you need
Here mid April 2025 with each update app is more dysfunctional. On 2k doorbell with chime, events appear many hours after occurance, multiple refresh - nothing. Why? App cache dumped, network reset, etc etc. Next dysfunctional update Eufy doorbell w/chime goes to box of discarded hi tech whiz bang useless devices.

Very slow to load onto phone. Frequently says no events when I know there are
No back button after going into the Homebase section. Have to close down the app and reopen.

First setup sucks. Very low quality instructions that does not feature the hardware behaviour.
