I cannot add a new Solocam S40 (s230) .l tried all eufy support suggestions but none work. It always stops at the last step when trying to scan the QR code on the new app. In the past I added new Solocam s40x without problems with the âoldâ app
I am very very angry my homebase didnt recorded break in robbery to my house the helikopter over my back garden in about 20 policemen walking and searching criminal. I am shocking that this crap device didnt recorded over 3h event.

How to put on computer
I find there are annoying issues with the new app. There are delays viewing and playing notifications immediately after an alert and also later. The videos sometimes take a long time to load. It states unable to play video and is also then is unable to play live video too. Which means I canât view online what is currently happening outside. This was never an issue previously.
Like the look and feel of the new app, however I feel like it is slower to load videos now.
Very happy with my purchase the quality is absolutely great.

Why are the clips so short? They only record from 8-11 seconds and some times it donât pick up any activity. I could leave my house and return and the camera wouldnât record it!
