Is anyone else having jerky playback and viewing from the home base 3 I’m not impressed it has full signal strength and 1 camera is only 12f os 3.6m away

Could be your internet provider/connection.
I’ve had nothing but great experience with my whole setup.
Similar experience. Notifications and recordings are immediate but after 5 days of trouble free performance, playback is now horrendous. Nothing has changed in the interim.
It’s not my internet connection I have 400-600meg average speed and super low latency my connection is full bars are you connected to your internet or to home base 3, I’m not sure if the home base 3 own WiFi has the bandwidth

Got the same issue and different cameras going offline randomly too heaps of wifi
