Is there a way to automate when the cameras go into sleep mode? I’d like to automatically deactivate them during certain parts of the day.

That would be awesome if there was. Looking forward to the answer. BTW, i don’t know if battery life is a concern for you or not, but if it is, the solar panels are great too most of the year if you get decent sunlight.

You can go to “Smart >> Mode”, select the device you want, and set the relevant scheduling strategy in “Schedule” to enable or disable the camera recording.
I agree–and I’d REALLY love a way to make one portion of the day max surveilance with longer videos (pets, people, vehicles, etc), and the rest of the day shorter battery saver mode. (Or maybe people only during certain hours.)
You can set up your cameras to stop recording or sounding alarms and notifications through the security tab using a schedule for away or home can also set up a mode for camera, but that’s for manual control.
