So I have a S330 bundle with 4 cameras and the Base Station S380. I’m wondering if we got some kind of firmware update or something that broke all four S330 cameras. I’ve tried to resync them without success. All I get now is “Unable to play live video” and telling me to check connection/power and resync. This started 2 nights ago.
I also have four 2k indoor cameras which work fine so I assume the problem is with the S330s and not the Homebase.
Hi, I don’t have that camera, but resyncing the camera usually fixes things…
I find it odd it’s just those cameras.
You can check if you did receive a firmware update by tapping on the message icon.
My S330 is working but I notice that the spotlight is no longer in the settings like my S340 shows. I can no longer make adjustments to the brightness on my S330 because the setting is not available. Yeah so something happened with a recent update
