My S330 started flashing its floodlight all day and all night. Tried charging it with USB. Now it gives almost steady red light and after that 4 blue flashes. Sync for 2 or 10 seconds or even longer doesn’t work. Unscrewed it to disconnect the battery. Still no succes.
Do I have a brick?
When you took it apart was there any evidence of moisture / water in the unit?
Try holding the SYNC button down for 10 seconds and then repeatedly push & release the sync button 15 times.
The inside is fully dry. No evidence of any moisture whatsoever
How old is the camera?
If you have a voltmeter, check how much DC voltage the battery has.
No luck with pushing the SYNC button several times..
Even tried another battery. And with battery disconnected and on charging power. Same result.
Pushed the sync button an enormous amount of times. No result.
