Hello..
My Eufy S3 Pro got stuck during the firmware upgrade. Now it keeps flashing blue/red all time. i waited for it to get discharged then charged it for 5 min to check but same situation. i tried to factory reset by pressing the sync button for 10 sec but did not resolve the issue.
is there anything else i can do to get it to function?

See if rapidly pressing the sync button 6 to 10 times does anything to it.
If it’s still under warranty I would start a warranty claim through the app.

Thank you for your reply. i have tried to rapidly press on sync button multiple times. but unfortunately nothing happens.
