I’ve been donating events for credits and lately I’ve noticed that it says I get 0 credits for the event donated as I have reached the limit? What limit?

I believe there is a limit per day and maximum credit you can get with donating… I think the maximum credit you can get for donating is 1000.

Same issue, guess I must have hit the 1000 limit. But is that for the week/month, how long?

Max per day, and then a total max of 1000 credits. I keep donating anyway for the entry to the giveaway of £10 vouchers, indoor cam, or solar panel. That plus the fact I want AI to stop identifying my dogs butt hole as a human (not even joking!)

I thought mine was bad picking up my car tyre as a person!
Honestly, several times a day it does it, and I tell it that it’s wrong. I’m surprised that the Homebase/Cameras dont have on device learning. AI isn’t really that intelligent if it can’t automatically learn from its mistakes!

You can earn max 2000 credits
Glad I’m not the only one. Wonder if the 1000 limit is until u redeem your points earned then starts over again. As its been about a week now since I’ve received any of donating events

I keep donating but it would be nice to get a better understanding of the 1000 limit
…. I think eufy AI still needs more learning to do….
The max is 2000 but if u still want to donate past that you can get gifts for donating 100 videos per milestone
