Just purchased eufy Cam2C and have an iPhone. Everything works great but would love to have a sound notification when my phone is on silent. Any suggestions and advice. I added the app in favorites but it didn’t work. Also have notifications set in settings to banner and sound notifications but that didn’t work either. Any help would be appreciated.

I don’t know about the silent option, I’m guessing when you engage that it just makes every notification and sound stop.
Instead use your DND _ Do No Disturb _
Then
change your Do not Disturb settings
- In the Settings app, tap Focus.
- Tap Do Not Disturb.
- Tap the feature you want to customize:
With Allow Notifications, add people or apps that you want notifications from when using Do Not Disturb.

Thank you. I actually tried your suggestion and still won’t alert with a sound when on silent. I think maybe an iPhone issue itself.
Thank you. I called and had no luck. Individual didn’t have a solution. 
I totally recommend Ecfy security camera. It’s the best cameras. This 360 is the best go out and try it. Stay away from xfinity and ADT …
You can’t have both on. It’s either one or the other. With DND do not disturb on you can then customize with focus to what you want to be alerted to, for example just the eufy security app.
