Just switched my doorbell and home base 2 over to the home base 3. It transferred all the videos, even though I deleted everything on the home base 2 before doing this and it says finished, but it’s been on this screen for an hour now and the only option down the bottom of the screen says “not now”? any ideas?

I removed the home base 2 and it immediately went away.
No idea here, but that T8213 is your doorbell.
Or perhaps it’s looking for videos to transfer but since you deleted them it’s not sure what to do now?
Well I see two options the Not Now or the × to close that screen.
Either way you’re going to need to choose one unless someone else replies soon.

sorry for the late response, I confirm the “Not Now” here is a wording bug, we’ll fix it in the coming version.
Hi, I just got Home Base 3. Is there a away to transfer cameras and motion sensors from Home Base 2 to 3? Or do I have to pair each device with Home Base 3 individually? Thanks
There’s a transfer button / switch that will move your cameras and videos to the HB3.

And when you go to the main page where all the post are listed there’s another post just put up pretty similar to this one…
I’m on the same boat, my HB3 is on the way and should be arriving in a couple of days… currently running HB3 with the doorbell and a few cams…
