I recently purchased a couple Solo Cam S220 and a Homebase 3. One of my Solo Cam’s was received first, then about a week later I received the other cameras and the Homebase 3. I decided to set up one of the S220 cameras 1st and configured the camera to use Wi-Fi and internal storage with the plan to add the Homebase 3 after. We had an event that occurred on our street which the S220 picked up and had the video recordings stored locally.
This weekend I proceeded to install the Homebase 3, which I installed a 256 SSD that I had available. I
set up the Homebase 3, configured it on my network, formatted the SSD that I installed, and then proceeded to connect the S220 camera. All of this went smoothly; however I have found that all the videos I had stored locally on the S220 are not available. If I go to the past dates that I know I had recordings, none of them are there. I am getting new recordings, but can’t get access to the local recordings of the S220
I have watched some videos on how to connect a Homebase 3, and from my understanding, if you have videos stored locally on a camera, they will automatically get transferred to the Homebase 3, however in my case, those videos are now not accessible at all.
Is there any method to gain access to my events\videos that would have been stored on the S220? I would very much like to get these videos that were recorded prior to installing the Homebase 3 as there was an incident that involved the police on my street, and I had recordings of that incident that the police may be interested in
