Hello I’m running a Homebase 3 with 6 cameras since a year and a half. I added a 2 TB SSD right from the start and it shows around 9Gb occupied. Recently I figured that I can no longer access old clips through the app. Last month is visible and also some random days of the last 6 monthes. I tried to reboot the HB3 several times with no success.
The HB is running on an UPS so it never get affected by power outages. As the occupied space on the HB keeps increasing over time I’m guessing that the recordings are not lost but only invisible on the app. I did not try to archive the videos but I would like to be able to see them again on the app. I never had to resync or reset any of the cams so it is not a key problem.
