I’m having problems with my C31. Not always getting Human notifications, not getting alerts when doorbell is rung and therefore unable to interact with caller. Got an SD card in the bell unit and running it on battery via my WiFi. Re-starting the bell unit fixes it for a while. Have had notifications in my phone call directory but infrequently. At the point of giving up with it! Any suggestions?
On your phone settings, do you have the app allowed to run in the background?
