Map not showing on home screen – both my X10 Pro Omni units affected (map still exists in Manage Map)


Hi everyone,

I have two eufy X10 Pro Omni robots (one per floor) and since recently the map is no longer displayed on the main/home screen of the eufy Clean app – just an empty background. Because of this I can’t select rooms or zones anymore.

The strange part: under “Manage Map” the saved map is still there and marked as “Current map”. The robots also show as online with correct battery and charging status. It’s only the home screen that won’t render the map – and it happens on BOTH robots at the same time.

What I’ve already tried, without success:

  • Deleted the map on one robot and did a full new mapping run

  • Toggled Multi-Map Saving on/off (with a few minutes in between)

  • Rebooted both robots and base stations, multiple times

App: eufy Clean, latest version, Android.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Since both units are affected simultaneously, I suspect an app or cloud sync issue rather than a hardware problem. Any tips or workarounds would be much appreciated!

I have experienced the same issue since the app updated 5 days ago. I also have the Eufy Clean app installed and that still shows the map with no issues.

I found a solution!

Clear the app storage and cache. Restart the app and login again. Maps restored.
