my camera have suddenly done this now I can’t get them back on I’ve tested connection and it says it’s strong

If cameras run on batteries recharge to 100% then unplug base and plug back in. Move base closer to cameras or move base up higher and away from other electronic devices.
Reboot your internet router.
Mine just did that… But 3 out or about 8 cameras the other 5 worked fine still. They came back online themselves.
Battery low?
Bluetooth has to be on when reconnecting as well
Do a factory reset on the cameras also
Look before doing all kinds of crazy stuff try restarting your guys cameras and let us kniw what happens… there should be a restart button right there at the bottom of your cameras settings… that should get you rebooted right there…
Move cameras closer to wifi/hb. Try the sync button. Maybe try rebooting one or more of: Router, HomeBase, Cameras.
I’ve had this mostly on one eufycam2 and it happens even though battery is at more than 50%. Seems to be related to eufy security app upgrades. The only way to get it going quickly is:
- Dismount
- Bring inside and plug in for a few seconds.
- Turn off anti theft alarm, remount.
- Turn on alarm again.
Reboot the whole system
