my cameras stopped recording. the home base is working and all but the cameras are useless as they are not detecting any ani.als and critters that come in my backyard. help is much appreciated. #camera

Are they back to working yet?
If not, you could try turning the cameras off and then switching them back on through the app and the camera settings.
Since you say all your cameras are not recording to the HomeBase, then I would try restarting the HomeBase.
Unplug the power cord to it and remove the ethernet cable if you’re using one wait 5 minutes then power it back up.
