My E220 camera stopped detecting motions, and I also cannot initiate cloud storage subscription with the app. I ended up going to the website and subscribed there but there is still nothing under “my services” in the app so it still not storing anything.
Firmware and app both up to date and I have tried restarting the camera and reinstalling the app.
Any suggestions?

I don’t use cloud storage, but I’ve had similar problem where my e220 outdoor cams stopped detecting motion/recording.
I’ve tried restarting the device, turning motion detection on and off unplugging the power supply and nada.
The only solution that worked was to remove the device from the app and then add it back to the app. That solved it for me.
