My camera used to record all the time motion was detected, but has recently stopped recording for most of the day. Any tips?!

Try toggling the motion detection switch OFF and then back ON.
Also try Restart Device.

Same problem, the camera detects motion, sends push notification, but does not record video

Wonder if there have been any updates that might be responsible? Or maybe with the movement of the sun, it is now too direct and hindering detection? Im having a new problem where my ~1 month old s220 keeps false triggering (hence my thought about the update…)

My corner floodlight camera will go offline sporadically for no reason.

Mine too but during the night 12 till about 430am . I restart it and turn the motion on and off and everything it still doesnt. I started turning my phone off at night and records when my phone is off but not on. :thinking: I have to press the record button to record continuously if my phone is on. It only does this with my 1 camera though my others are fine.

Oh you what, if you don’t have HB, the camera only holds up to 16gb’s of storage…
Try clearing the storage…
