My cameras and program to control the settings are starting to do odd things.
I’m finding settings changed and cameras disabled.
My neighbor is a retired FBOP employee and from talking to him he was in security while at the prison.
They built their house about 4 year’s after we were in our home and he use to tell me some of the things he done to neighbors ne didn’t get along with.
We had a fallen out, Imagine that, and that’s when all my problems started.
I lost shrubs, plans, and lost my chocolate Lab in 2022, somehow she got hold of a pork chop bone and it cut her up inside.
I’ve been to the police with pictures of him on my property lately at night and they tell me he may be out just taking a walk.
They told me I need to be 100% before they get involved, as of the vet report wasn’t enough.
I’m very persistent with changing passwords, anyone have any suggestions they can give me, I’m at my witts end.

-May I know your device model?(indoor cam or floodlight, etc?)
-May I know your APP version( Android 5.0.30?)
Thee cameras are a mix C210, Cam2, S220 with the Cam2 being connected to Eufy Base and the updated cameras connected to S380 home base.
My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S21 +5 Model SM-G996U.
All current on updates.
The newer cameras and homebase were added this past Fall/winter 2024 (USA).

Matte, it’s a little after 6AM here where I’m at, I just tried to sign into my Eufy account and it says “Email address or Password incorrect”.
This is what I’m talking about. Someone is getting into the program and changing it. I know it’s the correct password and email because I save them and copy - paste and check the password thoroughly.
I need help with this if you can,

Ok, now I can’t even login, it says for 24 hours.
What is going on here?
