My partner gets notifications for alerts but I don’t. We have the same settings on the Eufy app.
She has an android phone and I have an IPhone. I only get an icon on the Eufy app if there has been an alert. Has anyone else had this?
I have checked the notification settings in settings on my iPhone. I’m puzzled

Strange… It reads as if your phone is in Silent Mode?

If you haven’t restarted your phone give that a try.

Thanks for the reply. I’ve checked the notification settings compared to different apps that I do get notifications from and there is no difference.
bizarrely I got a notification on my Apple Watch, just one where it vibrated on my wrist. There was about 12 events from the camera it had never vibrated for previously.
Ive turned the phone off, deleted the app and reinstalled the app with no resolution to the issue.

I think there may be issues with some apple phones. I have seen reviews talking about it but iPad supposed to work fine. Guessing you don’t have the same phone.
