My R50i only connects one side (Left or Right), can anyone help me with this problem? I’ve been using it for almost a year and now just a week ago this is my problem.

It sounds like your Soundcore R50i earbuds are only connecting on one side, which usually happens when the two earbuds lose synchronization. Please check whether it’s always the same side or alternates — that helps confirm it’s a sync issue rather than a hardware one.
Here’s what you can try to fix it:
- Forget previous Bluetooth connections:
On your phone or computer, go to Bluetooth settings, find your R50i, and select “Forget This Device” (or Unpair). Then turn off Bluetooth. - Reset the earbuds (make sure they’re charged):
- Place both earbuds in the charging case and keep the lid open.
- Press and hold the touch areas on both earbuds for about 8 seconds until the LEDs flash red three times. This indicates that the reset is successful.
- Reconnect:
Turn Bluetooth back on and search for “Soundcore R50i” in your device list. Pair again as a new connection.
This process resynchronizes the left and right earbuds and removes old pairing data that might be causing the one-sided connection issue.
