How do I connect the r50i dually?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience, but the Soundcore R50i model currently does not support Dual Connection mode. This feature is only available on select models such as the P30i/R50i NC, which allows you to connect with two Bluetooth devices simultaneously through the Soundcore app.
