Hello folks,
I own Eufy Solo Cams S40 2k and L20. Both are brand new and have the latest updates.
They will not play live video on Echo Show 8 2.gen.
In fact they are only recognized as light (L20) or motion sensor (S40). These functions do work (for routines …)
I have deinstalled/deactivated/reactivated both multiple times as well as the Eufy App and the Eufy Amazon/Echo Skill.
If I go to cameras in the alexa app both show as cameras but with: “Eufy security live video” not supported.
At this point I am at a loss. Anybody with the same issues?
