Not getting notifications Iphone

Just installed yesterday everything worked properly, today not getting notifications. Motion detector and camera working, can see events in app, but no notifications. Restated home base, made sure push notifications are turned on in app and phone, firmware is all up to date. Still nothing. Help.

What is the firmware version of the homebase?

2.1.6.9h is the system version

Just saw there was a eufy problem, unplugged home base and reloaded into app and now it works.

same issue but bern having all week

So what I’m experiencing is a random delay between the notifications. Not battery optimization related or whatever. Some are instant, others are minutes late. Is this what you’re having, too?

I disconnected my homebase yesterday due to the bug, but the problem isn’t solved by that.

I am having the same issues both on Iphone as on Android.
Bought the Eufy doorbell and homebase 2 yesterday - tried different wifi networks - direct link to router etc.

there’s no delay in the app itself when I watch the feed.

Time from ring to push notification can take minutes!..

Are you also on 2.1.6.9h, jer1011?

Yes…
(based in the Netherlands) don’t know if that makes any difference…

Shouldn’t make a difference where you’re at.
So has any of you guys write to support yet?
I’m starting to feel that this firmware version is less stable than the previous one.
Eufycam 2 (non-pro) also take structurally 7 seconds before showing the feed, not less, not more, always 7 seconds.

Will do now, any update or solution I will share.

Magically all works good now… The following I didn’t do yet however might work for others:

Switch the doorbell off and on again:

Power on: press the SYNC button on the back of the doorbell,

Off: press the SYNC button on the back of the doorbell 5 times within 3 seconds,

Add the doorbell again:

Reset / Reset: Press and hold the SYNC button on the back of the doorbell for 10 seconds,

Add a doorbell: Press and hold the SYNC button on the back of the doorbell until it beeps.
