Ok new problem why can’t I download any events that have been captured by E330 pro camera to my iPhone photos? It starts a little bit very slowly then gets to 20% and stops. I have no problems downloading the c210 cameras and the s300. Any ideas?
I think I figured it out I had my recoding setting to record in 4K I lowered it to 1080 and that worked. I also tried 2K and it almost made it to 100% (96%) then it quit. I’ll leave at 1080 for a while then maybe go back to 2K maybe my iPhone 12 can’t handle the 4K better image quality
Have you tried downloading over wifi vs cellular connection? Also, I have fewer issues late at night than during normal hours. (Starting to wonder whether that’s an issue with eufy servers… previously assumed it was at&t that was the problem.)
I’m pretty sure I’m on WiFi . I’m attempting to do it when I’m at home and the phone says it’s connected to WIFI so I assume it’s downloading with it.
Given the 4k vs 2k vs 1080 difference you discovered, I again say try it:
late at night and/or
over wifi specifically (airplane mode, wifi on) and/or
cellular data (airplane off, wifi off, cellular data enabled for eufy)
I do see a difference with these changes, even if longer 4k and 2k downloads initially fail. As far as having issues with one model, not with the other two, maybe it has something to do with the level of compression used by the different cameras?
I will try that probably over the weekend I’m in bed asleep by 8:30pm during the week but up at 4:30. This morning I couldn’t get anything to load or respond Home base wouldn’t even respond to a restart. but later while at work function came back. My WiFi appeared to be working because all my smart plugs were working. Thinking of putting one on the home base so i can power cycle it remotely
