I bought a Set of 2c pro.
My Wlan is perfect.
Every time the camera takes a Clip, it’s very jerky. No Fluid Film.
The downloaded file also.
Is that normal?

Can you upload a sample footage? The camera might be too far from your HomeBase.
Move it closer or check signal and try again. The 2C cameras connect to the HomeBase rather than your WiFi.
How can I add?
It may be a couple of things…
I find with 2 k that if I am on the same network it streams ok. If I stream away from on my data plan on my phone, I does seem to freeze ( may be the jerky like you are talking sbout).
The only reason I think it may be similar is the picture you are showing. You may need to download VLC app to play your downloaded pictures.
I find some phones default players are not high def players.

Think it’s on eufy side
Best to raise a support ticket with Eufy then.
