Since switching from Homebase 2 to Homebase 3, I have had the problem that geofencing no longer works. In the Eufy app, I have set the permissions for location access in IOS 18.01 to “Always”. When I go to “Security” → homebase 3 in the app and select the menu item “Geofencing”, nothing happens. I cannot open the menu item. Reinstalling the app was not successful. Neither did restarting IOS or the router. I’m grateful for any tips - otherwise the switch to Homebase 3 was unfortunately more of a step backwards.

The geofencing with Homebase 3 is still shit and i waited since month or yes, more than a year (at the beginning they told me it will run without homebase and only with S40 solocams), that it will run sometimes. I made all settings and declarations, but still not working. It is a shame, that Eufy can´t get it to work. If i had known it before, i had choosen another product provider.
