I have an S340 mounted on my front porch. I understand that I can define an activity zone in the default position but it does not seem to allow me to set an activity zone beyond the default position. Is that true or is there a way to set an activity zone that covers the default view plus some of the pan area?
I tried setting up an activity zone but of course it only covers the default view so soon as someone goes outside of the default view it does not track them meaning it more or less is not panning which defeats the point of a panning camera. Is this proper operation or is there something I’m overlooking? For now I have removed the activity zone and it detects cars on the street which I don’t prefer but now is is tracking activity and panning as they move.
