Recurring Connectivity Issue with SoloCam S3 – Two Units Failed After One Year

I purchased two SoloCam S3 units, and both have become unable to connect to WiFi after about one year of use. The second unit was actually a replacement for the first, which developed the same connectivity issue after roughly a year.

My setup uses a direct connection with the HB3. The first unit worked fine initially but suddenly lost connection after a year. Despite multiple attempts to reconnect it to both the HomeBase and my WiFi access point, it consistently failed. I then purchased a second S3 as a replacement, but unfortunately, the same issue occurred again after about one year.

I am very disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service for the S3 model. My main concerns are:
