Trouble connecting new Eufy S230 camera

New S230 camera keeps failing to connect.
We managed to connect it once and after two days the camera was not connected.
Deleted everything including the app.
After reconnecting it worked for one day, but now it is not connected again and no matter what I do it keeps failing to connect to the network.
I tried to reset the camera (pressing the sync button) nothing changes.
I am coming so close to giving up and returning the camera.
Would appreciate any help before I do that.

Hi, is it SoloCam S230?
Maybe it cannot receive a good stable Wi-Fi signal? Like the camera is too far from your Wi-Fi.

Bring the camera inside your home for a day or two while connected to your Wi-Fi to see if it loses its connection.

I just reread your post, so now you’re saying that the camera will not connect to your Wi-Fi?

Apologies if I am answering this twice. Was not sure if first reply was sent.
It is a solo and we have got it inside in the proximity of the modem.

I had this happen a couple weeks ago, the battery died even though it was plugged in. I took it down and fully charged it and it still wouldn’t connect, I removed it from the homebase and added it as a new device and it worked, it also has all of its previous recordings.

This model does not use home base. I have done all of the resets, deleted an app, reset the camera.
After asking a friend, it was suggested that it’s possible that the internet and wifi is an issue. Could be interference from neighbouring wifi. It’s too technical for me to understand but I’ll get help in trying to reset my modem to another channel. No idea what it means, but it will be a learning experience if it works
