General information after power outage in our area.
Attached to the Wi-Fi are six Eufy Solo Cam S230. After a power outage only five cameras’ restored to normal operations. One camera would not restore operations.
I Rebooted the internet Wi-Fi network, detached camera and was unable to add to internet Wi-Fi.
Went through the proper sequence to at attach by scanning QR Code with no success.
Manually keyed in serial number with no success.
Called Eufy support and for Basic cost for software update would be $199 dollars and I declined the offer.
After several days of repeated attempts nothing would work. Finally, success occurred by detaching the internet Wi-Fi and selecting our printer which has its own Wi-Fi connection. The Solo Cam S230 worked. Then, I detached Solo Cam S230 from printer Wi-Fi and connected to internet Wi-Fi with success.
