Right earbud di

Right earbud disconnects often and I have to factory reset the buds all the time, sometimes it also will not charge, anyone else with this issue?

I wonder when soundcore will have this problem fixed permanently. My p20i used to do that, but it later stopped. I would recommend you return it before it goes out of warranty, as yours might not correct itself like mine did

try the following troubleshooting steps to see if it helps:

  1. Clean the Charging Contacts (Very Important):

Use a dry cotton swab or one lightly moistened with rubbing alcohol to gently clean the metal charging pins on the right earbud, as well as the corresponding magnetic pins inside the charging case.
Ensure there is no dust, oil, or debris blocking the connection.
Let them dry completely, place the right earbud back into the case, and press down slightly to make sure it is making solid contact with the charging pins.
2. Update the Firmware:

Please open the Soundcore App on your phone, connect your earbuds, and check if there is a new firmware update available. This can often fix known connectivity bugs.
3. Test with Another Device:

If possible, try pairing the earbuds with a different smartphone or tablet. This helps us determine if the issue is a hardware fault with the earbud’s Bluetooth module.
If you have cleaned the contacts and the right earbud still refuses to charge or keeps disconnecting, this indicates a hardware defect with the earbud’s battery or internal chip. I recommend contacting service@soundcore.com for more detailed support.
