Long story short, I ditched over 10 Ring cameras and invested about 2k into this system… to be unfortunately
met with some hiccups.
I have 4 E330 Backyard cameras on one HB3 (5TB) and a E340 doorbell, the 4 cameras and doorbell function decently. The doorbell could be better but it functions. I plan on adding 4 more front yard cameras (E350 and 3 E340). When I connected my E350 yesterday for the garage the camera can’t start live feed or work when moved to the garage. The wifi bars are showing full as they are on all other cameras but it won’t load. I set up a E340 in the garage yesterday to see if that will have connection issues and that was able to load into live stream quick and function pretty flawlessly.
I even went to amazon and purchased a whole other HB3, 150ft of Cat6 to run to my router and set up a whole other HB3 to use for better connectivity. Since I noticed that when I add more cameras to the HB the issue gets worse.
Today I realized that the Multibridge feature is not On automatically but needs to be set up. I have 5 Deco mesh devices around the house to get better wifi, however when I try to use multi bridge the setup fails.
I am hoping the multibridge feature would give me a better connection in the garage area and other E330 cameras since I have Deco mesh hubs spread around where all my cameras are within 10ft, vs now where my HB3 is about 60-70ft away from 3 of the E330 cameras and E350.
