Spiders web. That’s what it looks like on camera.

Correct, it’s a shiny strand of a spiders web bounce around in the breeze. The colors are ambient light refracted off of it. The cameras are very sensitive, hence why they see so well, even in color mode. If in IR night mode, the web is much clearer. FYI, Spiders building webs can, and do, activate the cameras recording mode.
