I saw that movie!

I was told I was getting a solar camera for my back :joy: :joy: :joy: and I didn’t realize that I had to charge my doorbell until it died. In the past the doorbell was wired into the doorbell like it should have been!!! So I called them to come and give me the solar camera that I was told I was supposed to be getting in the beginning. WRONG!!! It’s the same camera, go figure!!! Next month it will be a year since the camera has worked. You see I 69 years old and I don’t feel safe climbing a ladder to charge it. And the pardon me but, the idiot, that installed my doorbell cut the wires and the one is too short to get a good connection, so I’ve been back to charging it again. I sure miss my other company where the doorbell never failed me!!! It was wired in like it should have been :+1: Last night it, the doorbell rang at 10:30 pm and do think I could see with my doorbell who’s ringing it??? NO!!! Well, that felt good to vent to people who have had the same experience!!!

I wish for improvements in automation. To integrate with existing standards (in my case HomeKit). But also little things: The scheduled option to invoke other options. Example: geolocate arming by day and always arm by night.

Hi Eufy, new app upgraded on wife’s phone and had to reload base and all cameras etc with all previous days records deleted. This was so annoying. How ca I get previous records back

Unhappy with app update now I cant log off there is no option now

Hopefully this will fix some issues I had with my doorbell randomly ring even though nobody was at the door pressing my doorbell.
other than that, my Eufy doorbell has been great.

This better not COST anything or I WILL PULL THE PLUG ON EVERY CAMERA AND SWITCH TO ANOTHER MANUFACTURER…THE ENTIRE THING…DO YOU UNDERSTAND???

I have to go up a ladder two floors when my camera goes out. Due to an electrical issue. I hate that. Help. I have the others connected to my boss device. The base. But this one won’t connect. Why

Forget a new app layout. You should put your efforts into new firmware to fix your cameras motion detection as soon as light levels drop!
Switched from Ring 1 month ago. Had a nightmare finding a plug in 24v transformer capable of pushing 2amps…finally found one, wired it up and then find out that eufys infrared motion detection is nigh on useless! Probably going back to ring! Never missed anything
