Upgrade would be awesome thankyou. As cameras here are quite delayed by the time I get a notification that someone at my door or unwanted in my yard.

I get no indoor sound on my camera , no fix

What would be great is accessing all cameras on 1 page I have other cameras and I can open all my cameras on 1 page and I only paid a quarter price of the cameras just for 1 eufy camera just expect a lot more for the interface love the cameras hate the app if makes any sense even have the home base newest version just hate to pay all the money for cameras and home base and can’t even get all cameras on 1screen makes it feel cheated hoping for positive change that’s all @eufy-official

The resetting to get the cameras to work in live mode is getting old
I totally 100% agree!! Sometimes change is not good… And sometimes it’s just pure bad. And I’ll give you an example of who not to follow…… Wyze ! They had a great camera and app and then they changed it and it got worse. Then they got greedy and changed more… it got worse and then they forgot they were a security company and started selling vacuum cleaners and electric toothbrushes. I piled all my Wyse cameras in a drum and I’m having a bonfire for spring break.

Amen ! If they do that, I’m piling my Eufy cameras in the fire drum with my Wyze cameras !! Then for spring break,
I can only see live- nothing else works

Eufy needs to work on Face Management as I noticed that app does not tag right persons even it’s already there in system.

I’m leery of a new layout, but let’s see. What it is needs is the ability to do to all cams what you want to do to one. Turning them all off/on, all on snooze, etc. Speaking of snooze. What is the point? It still records! Have snooze and sleep. Sleep would be off totally. Snooze could be just notifications.
